Event changes

Due to the importance of the Great Steam Train Race we have reconsidered our Calendar of Events and made several changes.
The annual 24 hour Bush Rogaine has been moved to the weekend of July 30/31 and will include shorter events.
On June 25th Leanne Kruger, MF De Jourdan, Deb Trehearn and Doon McColl will host a Bike or hike Ruralgaine at Aloomba – a cross between a Bush Rogaine and a Metrogaine.
An addition to the calendar will be a weekend away in August. On August 13th Rogaining NQ will host a Navigation Training day on the Tablelands. The following day will see Orienteering introduced to the calendar. We will be running Orienteering events near to where the Navigation Training day is to be conducted.
We’ve had many requests for information about OnaMission. The good news is that OnaMission is a go on September 11th over a modified course due to the extensive damage to Dunk Island caused by Cyclone Yasi. The additional great news is that OnaMission will host the Police and Emergency Services Games Multisport event and we could have up to 300 emergency services competitors from all round Australia at South Mission Beach in September.
Check out the calendar here for all the changes.
