A new Adventure Racer is in the midst… lookout!

First of all sorry guys (Andre & Liv) about the embarrassing but beautiful photo above. It just had to be done. if you have been around the Adventure Racing community in the last year you would of met this great couple.

With the James Grant Memorial Multisport Race held last weekend and Liv being very very pregnant, she came out to watch the race and relax in the rainforest atmosphere of Goldbrough. Unknown to most Liv started having closer and closer contraction during the day, Andre had planned several exit strategies from the race if the time had come to bring a new born racer into the world. Luckily they had time for the race to finish and hang out for an hour before dashing home to grab the baby bag then shooting into hospital.

After a perfect and all natural labour Liv and Andre (now known as the ‘Rock’) delivered a beautiful healthy seven pound girl late Sunday night (26th July). They have named her Shanti.. it means peace…
